German champions Bayern Munich will make a fresh move for Chelsea forward Callum Hudson-Odoi from Chelsea in April, according to a report from The Daily Mail.
The Bavarian outfit attempted to lure the 18-year-old away from Stamford Bridge throughout the January transfer window but saw their efforts rebuffed, with the Blues refusing to sanction his departure.
Hudson-Odoi was reportedly keen to finalise switch to the German champions in winter, however, the Blues have blocked his transfer.
However, despite Bayern being willing to splash £35 million for the talented forward, Maurizio Sarri’s team continued to dig their heels in and turned down any efforts from German champions.
This does not appear to have deterred Bayern Munich head-coach Niko Kovac’s pursuit of the player, though, and The Daily Mail claiming that they will test Chelsea resolve in April by making an initial approach for his signature.
Hudson-Odoi is believed to be prepared to wait until next year’s January in order to forece his move to German champions.
The starlet finds himself behind Willian, Pedro and Eden Hazard in the pecking order of forward under Sarri, however, he could feature as the Blues prepare for their FA Cup fifth-round clash against Manchester United today..
After starting in the previous two rounds of the competition, English wonderkid will be itching to make his mark in a game of immense magnitude for the Blues.
Meanwhile, Chelsea another starlet Tammy Abraham could be open to leave the team on permanent basis after failing to impress the Blues chiefs.
