Man United winger Jesse Lingard has picked his dream five-a-side team and surprisingly he has dropped Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The 24-year-old winger was given a tough task as he has being asked to pick a five-man team including his Man United squad.
Former Atletico Madrid goalkeeper David De Gea was the obvious choice in goal, while England international star also found a place for Dutch defender Daley Blind, record signing Paul Pogba, Ander Herrera, and his compatriot Marcus Rashford.
Jesse Lingard has told FourFourTwo: ‘At the back, I’d pick Daley [Blind]. I think you need a player at the back who is going to be composed and assured on the ball.
‘Midfielder, I’d say Pogba. You need that bit of flair in midfield.
‘I’ll say Ander [Herrera] as well, he’s got a bit of bite to him and you need that energy and aggression.
‘Marcus Rashford up front. He’s got the skills up top to beat a player and score. In goal, obviously David De Gea.’
Rashford has been surprisingly picked up ahead of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Wayne Rooney who has recently broked the record of Sir Boby Charlton.
Former PSG forward, has not scored in three games for the Red Devils, however, has returned with a goal against defending Premier League champions Leicester City and now he has 20 goals in 32 appearances in all competitions this term.
Man United manager Jose Mourinho hopes to fight for a top four place in Premier League, and the recent failure of their rivals Liverpool and Arsenal have handed huge boost Reds in the for finishing in Champions League zone
