Chelsea’s in-demand defender Reece James is a name being rumoured with a variety of teams in the summer and new Swansea head-coach Steve Cooper is the latest to express interest in his signature, according to the Daily Mail.

With Sarri also departing, any new head-coach that comes in will have to make the most of the youth at Stamford Bridge, however, for now, another loan move to England’s second tier could be an option for the starlet.

Cooper’s Swansea face competition from a number of teams from the German top-tier who are also interested in making a move for the defender in the upcoming summer.

Meanwhile, Aston Villa are eyeing up a summer move for Chelsea defender Ethan Ampadu this summer.
