Premier League giants Liverpool have reportedly been told that Barcelona would consider offers in the region of €80m (£72m) for French forward Ousmane Dembele during the upcoming summer transfer window.
The 22-year-old has only found back of the net 19 times in 74 games for the Catalan club since arriving from Borussia Dortmund, largely struggling due to injury during his time at Camp Nou.
The France international forward is currently on the sidelines due to a hamstring injury, however, could make a return in time for the 2020-21 season, particularly if the start date is pushed back.
The Merseyside Reds have previously been rumoured with the forward, and according to the Liverpool Echo, the Catalan club would consider selling French forward for a figure in the region of €80m (£72m).
The ex-Rennes sta has been restricted to just nine games for the Spanish champions this season, founding back of the net just once.
Dembele, however, is allegedly keen to remain at Nou Camp and fight for his future with Quique Setien’s side after the season resumes.
Meanwhile, Liverpool are considering a move for another Barcelona star Marc Cucurella who has been on loan at Getafe at the moment.
