Liverpool are one of the teams who are showing an interest in securing the services of former Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey this summer, according to the reports from Italian media outlet TMW.
Man Utd and Chelsea are also said to be keeping close tabs on the Walse international midfielder, although there are no guarantees that Serie A champions, Juventus will be willing to let him depart as he has been contracted with the club until summer of 2023.
The 29-year-old has joined Serie A giants on a free transfer last summer and has played only 15 league games so far for the Turin-based team, founding back of the net three times in the process. He’s also played in five of Juve’s Champions League games so far this campaign, founding back of the net once.
The Merseyside Reds were rumoured with a move for Aaron Ramsey when he moved to the Gunners from Cardiff City over a decade ago and TMW believe that despite the Merseyside Reds now having a different manager, they could once again try and lure him at Anfield.
With Xherdan Shaqiri and Adam Lallana both looking set to depart from Anfield in the summer, and with Gini Wijnaldum entering the final year of his current deal at Anfield, bringing in Ramsey could make sense.
He knows the Premier League well from his time at the North London club, although it stays to be seen how much Juventus will demand in terms of a transfer fee if they agree to let him leave.
