Liverpool are keeping close tabs on AC Milan star Suso, according to the Italian sources.
Spanish winger has undoubtedly improved his game since leaving Anfield, as he had a crucial role for the Rossoneri again helping his side this season with eight goals and twelve assists in 43 appearances.
However, as Calciomercato suggests, the 24-year-old forward has a €40m release clause in his contract, while it’s added that the Reds tried to sign him in the winter. In turn, Serie A side are targeting Napoli winger Jose Callejon, with his release clause that stands at €20m.
It seems as though a lot must still happen to spark such major changes, but if Rossoneri fail to qualify for the Champions League next season, then perhaps the winger will be tempted by a return to England if they meet his release clause.
Question marks can also be raised on the deal of Callejon as Napoli are battling Juventus for the Serie A title this season, and it is unlikely that Callejon would accept leaving his side for struggling Milan.
