Liverpool have seemingly handed massive blow in their alleged attempts to secure services of Bayer Leverkusen forward Julian Brandt.
The Merseyside Reds have been rumoured with a number of creative players ahead of the summer window, and Jurgen Klopp is believed to be a huge fan of German forward.
However, the 22-year-old has claimed that he has no intention of making a decision on his future before the end of the current campaign.
Brandt told Bild: “I will make up my mind but not during the season. For me, the club and the present is too important.
“If I was only concerned about that, then my performance would suffer as well. It is something the club, who have given me confidence over the years, do not deserve.”
German international star is believed to have a €25m (£21.57m) release clause in his current deal with Bayer Leverkusen.
Meanwhile, Liverpool could miss out signing on another talented forward as Everton reportedly have absolutely have no desire to sell Richarlison to their arch-rivals, despite the fee the forward could potentially command.
Reports claimed in Brazil overnight suggesting that the Merseyside Reds are planning to make summer move for their direct rivals for their prized asset.
Liverpool head-coach Jurgen Klopp is alleged to have recently held talks with the agent of Brazil international attacker Richarlison, who has commanded a £35m transfer fee earlier last summer and has possibly doubled that figure with his goals making a return for Everton and his national team bu he is likely to continue his career at Goodison Park.
