Liverpool are reportedly planning to sign Leeds United wonderkid Jack Clarke this summer.
The talented forward who has just become 18 in November, has found back of the net twice and provided two assists in 16 games for the Leeds United during the 2018-19 season.
A number of top-flight teams are believed to be keeping tabs on Clarke’s progress, and according to The Mirror reports, Liverpool will attempt to secure services of the teenager this summers transfer window.
Indeed, the report have suggested that the Merseyside Reds head-coach Jurgen Klopp has sent scouts to keep close tabs on Clarke in action over the last couple of months.
The winger was taken ill during Leeds’ Championship games against Middlesbrough on Saturday night, however, has since been released from hospital and ready to make a return on the pitch as soon as possible.
The starlet agent, Ian Harte, has provided a positive injury update on Twitter, revealing that Clarke was ‘happy and smiling’ as he continues his recovery at home.
