Chelsea have reportedly been offered the choice of signing one of the two players by Juventus as the Italian giants are desperate to lure Jorginho at Allianz Stadium ahead of the next season.
The Old Lady are supposedly stepping up their pursuit of the Brazilian-born midfielder ahead of the summer transfer window, with ex-Chelsea head-coach Maurizio Sarri believed to be keen on a reunion with the player in Turin.
According to Tuttosport, Serie A champions are willing to part ways with either Adrian Rabiot or Aaron Ramsey as they attempt to lure Jorginho back to the Italian top-tier.
The report claims that Chelsea are reluctant to sell Italy international midfielder less then £58m they originally paid for the 28-year-old, however, the West London club will likely lower their asking price should a part-exchange deal be agreed between the two parties.
Jorginho has played 37 games in all competitions for Chelsea this season, founding back of the net six times and provided two assists for Frank Lampard’s side.
Elsewhere, Chelsea are supposedly favourites to secure services of Bayer Leverkusen playmaker Kai Havertz.
German outfits are believed to demanding around €70-80m for their key man and the Blues should sell several players in order to lure him at Stamford Bridge.
