Real Madrid full-back Dani Carvajal has admitted he dreams about making the switch to the pPremier League.
The Spanish full-back has been a mainstay in the Los Blancos side since making his debut in 2013 and he has 20 caps for his country.
The 26-year-old defender has a contract with the Santiago Bernabeu side until 2022, however, the La Liga giants have signed Spanish full-back Alvaro Odriozola for £40m last summer and Carvajal fears for his future.
And Spaniard has suggested that he could leave the team by admitting he would like to play in Premier League.
‘I would love to play in the Premier League,’ said Carvajal. ‘It’s an experience that I would love to have and I don’t want to be left cursing not having experienced it.’
Spanish full-back is valued at around £45m but at 26 he would represent a shrewd investment in a market short of world-class defenders.
Premier League giants Manchester United and Chelsea both are in need of defensive reinforcements and Carvajal would be a perfect addition to either both of the English giants.
