Chelsea forward Diego Costa will leave Chelsea during the summer transfer window insists Sky Sports pundit Paul Merson.
Chinese Super League club Tianjin Quanjian ready to offer 28-year-old forward insane £670,000-a-week salary if he decides to leave Chelsea this summer.
While they are ready to offer £75m to newly crowned champions for the Spain international forward.
And Merson believed that Costa has already packed his bag’s ahead of a summer move to the Chinese Super League.
“From what we read in the paper, he [Costa] will be gone,” Merson told Sky Sports.
“He’s probably packed already if I’m being honest.
“For £670,000-a-week, or whatever it is, it’s hard to turn down!”
In title-winning 2016/17 season Diego Costa has managed to score 20-goals for Stamford Bridge side and losing this summer would be a huge blow for Antonio Conte, although Chelsea are believed to have already started talks with Romelu Lukaku and Alvaro Morata over a possible transfer.
Both Morata and Lukaku have been one of the best young forward in Europe and could easily replace Diego Costa if Spaniard decides to leave Chelsea.
