Bayer Leverkusen attacker Julian Brandt’s future is set to be decided within one week as a number of teams circle for his services.
The 23-year-old has German forward has attracted the attention of the likes of Borussia Dortmund, Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool with a relatively low release clause, exit from Leverkusen is likely to happen this summer.
Brandt can be snapped up as little as €25 million (£22m), which could prove to be a bargain signing.
Bayer Leverkusen sporting director Rudi Voller claims that the Merseyside Reds have already ‘come knocking’ and 23-year-old forwards future will be all sorted within one week.
‘We know exactly which clubs have knocked [for Brandt],’ Voller told Sky Sport News.
‘Brandt has some requests, and in the next five, six or seven days there will be a decision.’
Brandt has found back of the net six times in 32 Bundesliga appearances this campaign.
German international star has only just turned 23, making over 200 appearances for Bayer Leverkusen since his debut back in 2013/14 season.
Not necessarily known for his goals, however, more for his assists, Brandt managed to rack up 11 in the Bundesliga this campaign, only behind Joshua Kimmich and Jadon Sancho.
However, PSG, Liverpool and Tottenham could end disappointed in their pursuit of the German, with the reports from Britain claims that he favours to remain in the Bundesliga and sign for Dortmund.
Whichever destination 23-year-old forward chooses, we are likely to discover his next within one week.
