Arsenal forward Danny Welbeck has reportedly been identified as a potential transfer target for Turkish giants Galatasaray.
The 27-year-old has been rumoured with a move away from the North London club this summer having made only 12 Premier League appearences last term, but new head-coach Unai Emery has insisted that the forward will remain at the club.
However, Turkish outlet AMK reports that the North London club could be convinced into selling English international forward to trim their wage bill, with Turkish giants Galatasaray interested in bolstering their ranks after securing qualification to the Champions League football.
Welbeck is not thought to be keen on the idea of a move to Turkey, though, and would rather stay at Arsenal to fight for his place despite the allure of top-level European football.
The England international was not named in the squad for the Gunners opening-weekend defeat to Manchester City at the Emirates Stadium and has missed London derby against Chelsea.
Meanwhile, Ospina has already left a club and joined the Serie A giants Napoli.
