Arsenal have reportedly scheduled a meeting with Ligue 1 outfits Bordeaux to discuss a potential move for Brazilian forward Malcom, who continues to be linked with a switch to Premier League.
On Sunday, it was reported that talks between Bordeaux and Arsenal were “progressing well” as Arsene Wenger’s side look to beat a number of top European club to the signature of the 20-year-old forward.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Arsenal will meet with the French giants in an attempt to thrash out a move for Brazilian sensation who has also been linked with a switch to Manchester United, Tottenham and Bayern Munich.
Malcom, who has made the switch to Bordeaux from Corinthians in 2016, has found the net for seven times and provided four assists in 18 games for Ligue 1 outfits during the 2017-18 season.
Bordeaux are believed to value left-footed Brazilian forward in the region of £40m means that Arsenal will have to splash the money in order to lure Malcom at Emirates Stadium.
Meanwhile, Arsenal are also keeping tabs on another Ligue 1 forward Thomas Lemar who has been identified as a potential replacement for Alexis Sanchez.
