REAL MADRID forward Marco Asensio is open to making the switch to Chelsea, according to the reports.
Reports form Spain suggest that Spanish forward is considering his future after failing to secure regular first-team football under Zinedine Zidane.
He has made only 28 starts in all competitions for the Los Blancos last campaign and made just a cameo appearance in Kiev against Liverpool.
According to Diario Gol, Chelsea are eager to lure Asensio to Stamford Bridge ahead of the next season.
It is reported that Stamford Bridge chiefs are pushing hard to secure his services..
They have reportedly tabled a contract offer that Spaniard would find hard to reject.
Diario Gol say Asensio is ready to decide his future after the world-cup tournament.
The 22-year-old is desperate for regular first-team football and ready to leave the club.
Asensio is contracted with the Los Blancos until the summer of 2023 after signed contract extension earlier in September.
He has previously revealed that he would snub a move away from the Santiago Bernabeu if the opportunity arose.
Speaking last December, he said: “I am at the best club in the world and I am happy at Real Madrid.”
