Fraser has enjoyed an excellent season in the Premier League at, with seven goals and 13 assists in 36 appearences in the English top-tier.
However, the Scotish attacker has just over one year left on his current deal, and it appears likely that he will not sign fresh terms with the South-coast outfit.
