Chelsea could reportedly offer AC Milan the chance to secure services of Jorginho as the West London club look to beat a number of teams to the signature of Ismael Bennacer.
The 22-year-old midfielder who has found back of the net once and provided one assist in 33 games for Inter Milan this campaign, has been rumoured with a number of teams ahead of this summer’s transfer window.
Man Utd and Man City are both believed to be keen on the playmaker, however, according to Calciomercato, Chelsea are also in the hunt for his services and ready to do their best to beat the PL rivals..
The report suggests that the West London club, head-coach Frank Lampard believes that Bennacer has the ‘ideal profile’ for his side.
Meanwhile, it is alleged that Chelsea are prepared to offer Jorginho as a makeweight, with the Italian midfielder believed to be on his way out of Stamford Bridge in the summer.
Bennacer, who has a deal at San Siro until the end of the 2023-24 season, is believed to be valued by the Serie A giants in the region of €50m (£45m).
AC Milan’s direct rivals Juventus also eyeing a move Chelsea midfield star Jorginho.
