AC Milan defensive midfielder Franck Kessie has reportedly emerged as a shock transfer target for Tottenham and Chelsea.
Ivory Coast international midfielder is currently in his second season at San Siro, and Kessie has already gone on to score eight goals in 71 games in all competitions.
However, AC Milan must make cutbacks to comply with FFP regulations, and that leaves open the possibility for Ivorian star being sold in the upcoming transfer window.
