Liverpool and Arsenal have potentially been handed huge transfer boost in their pursuit of Spanish playmaker Isco after Santiago Solari left him out from the Real Madrid squad ahead of Barcelona game.
Barcelona and Real Madrid are both in the semi-final of the Copa Del Ray and playing the second leg clash, however, Isco has not been named in the 23-man squad for the today’s game.
According to Calcio Mercato, Arsenal and Liverpool are both interested in securing the services of Spanish playmaker this summer with Isco is likely to leave the club after the season ends.
Isco has a €700m release clause in his current deal. However, the Los Blancos could be tempted to sell him for the cut-price fee if he is not in Santiago Solari’s plans.
The Spanish midfielder has played 15 games in La Liga this campaign, founding back of the net only once while assisting twice.
The 26-year-old has played over 250 games for the European champions Real Madrid since joining the team from Malaga back in 2013, founding back of the net 45 times.
Meanwhile, Arsenal and Liverpool are also interested in securing the services of Real Madrid wonderkid Marcos Llorente.
The 24-year-old talented midfielder is a product of a famed academy system in the Spanish capital.
Spaniard was handed a competitive debut back in October 2015, however, has struggled for regular outings since then – with the 2016-17 season he has spent on loan at Alaves.
Since returning from Alaves Llorente has been handed few chances as he has managed to play 13 games thus far.
