Tottenham and The Gunners have also been with a move, with Spurs failing with a January deal for the footballer earlier in the campaign.

Meanwhile, West Bromwich Albion centre-back Jonny Evans has reportedly set his hopes on a summer transfer to Manchester City, despite interest from Arsenal.
The Northern Ireland international was wanted by both sides in the mid-season transfer window, only for his asking fee to prove too steep.
With West Brom destined for the drop in the coming weeks, though, Evans is believed to have a release clause of just £3m included in his contract.
As reported by The Mirror, the centre-back wants a move to Man City over Arsenal as he is still based in the North-West and does not want to leave.
The same story suggests that Evans has an earlier rejected salary of £100,000 a week to continue his Albion deal, which is due to end next term.
