Arsenal and Manchester United are battling it out to sign AS Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan as Italian club planning to cash in on a £45m-rated player this summer, according to the reports from Britain.
The Belgian midfielder has been one of the best player in Serie A since joining AS Roma from Cagliari in 2014 and he played a vital role in helping them reach the Champions League semi-finals and finish Serie A season on the third place.
