Arsenal and West Ham United are among the clubs interested in Joan Jordan.
According to Marca, the Hammers and the Gunners are interested in Joan Jordan from Eibar in the summer.
It has been claimed that West London club and Sevilla are the frontrunners for the midfielder.
Both London clubs are understood to have made bids for the Spaniard, with Arsenal, Valencia and Villarreal also reported to want him and are alleged to have expressed their interest.
According to Marca, Joan Jordan’s release clause is €15 million, but La Liga club are willing to negotiate a lower fee, although it will not go below €10m (£8.9m).
Joan Jordan has been on the books of Eibar since 2017 when he joined them after leaving Espanyol.
The 24-year-old made 32 starts and four substitute appearances in the Spanish top-flight for Eibar this campaign, netting four goals and providing four assists in the process.
During the 2017-18 season, Joan Jordan made 25 starts and 10 substitute appearances in La Liga for Eibar, netting six goals and providing four assists in the process.
Arsenal meanwhile are desperate to sell Mesut Ozil in the summer transfer window alongside his compatriot Shkodran Mustafi who is understood to be keen on staying at Emirates as the attacker who is receiving £350,000-a-week from the Gunners but failed to justify his wages.
