25-year-old South American forward keen on to leave Chelsea permanently

The Brazilian star Lucas Piazon has announced his time at Stamford Bridge is ‘already over’ in spite of signing Chelsea contract extension during the summer transfer window.

The 25-year-old attacker joined Chelsea in 2011 as one of the world’s brightest talents but has been shipped out on seven different loan stints.

Piazon joined Portuguese outfit Rio Ave earlier this month and the north London heavyweights confirmed he had signed a new contract to extend his current contract to 2021.

The club are expecting Piazon to return to the club next summer, but the player has other plans, telling A Bola:

‘My time at Chelsea is already over. ‘I’m 25, I’ve been on loan several times. I’ve been at Chelsea since 2011, I’ve been on loan almost all over Europe.

‘I’m tired of playing here and there, I need a place where I can feel at home. I want to know that in July I will return to the same place, to the same house.’

In other news , Frank Lampard’s Chelsea are said to be making plans for next year and according to Soccer Link, the Premier League side are eyeing a swoop for Valencia defender Jose Gaya.

The 24-year-old star, who is a five-time Spain international, has made 197 matches for Los Murcielagos since debuting for the former La Liga champions back in 2012.

The player only signed a new long-term contract with Los Che last summer, and there is believed to be an £89.5 million release clause in his contract.
