AC Milan are reportedly considering to offer Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma in a swap deal for Chelsea forward Alvaro Morata.
Donnarumma who has been valued at £53m has been heavily linked with a move away from Italian giants since breaking into the AC Milan first team squad at the age of 16, with a host of European clubs thought to be interested in securing his signature.
The 19-year-old’s stoppers agent Mino Raiola has clashed with the Serie A giants on a number of occasions, and Italian wonderkid announced his intention to leave the team last summer before signing a long-term deal.
The Blues could find themselves in the market for a new stopper as Thibaut Courtois’s current deal set to expire at the end of next campaign, with the Belgian thought to be keen on to join Real Madrid.
Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport reports that Serie A giants could be willing to offer Italian goalkeeper as a replacement for Courtois in exchange for former Juventus forward Alvaro Morata, who endured a disappointing first season scoring only 15-goals.
Morata’s terrible form saw him miss out on a place in Spain’s World Cup team this summer, and the 25-year-old is believed to be open to the idea of making a return to Juventus.
