Liverpool head-coach Jurgen Klopp was all smiling as his squad trained ahead of Monday night’s trip to Everton in the Merseyside derby.
It will be the first trip for German manager at Goodison Park and it will a tough test for the Klopp’s side that are fighting for the top places in the Premier League, after 2-1 win over Arsenal Roland Koeman’s side seems to be on good spirits and preparing for the Merseyside Derby.
While Reds made a swift return to winning ways on Wednesday night thanks to a resounding 3-0 win against Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium, Adam Lallana scored either side of half-time in the mid-week fixture, while Belgium striker Divock Origi netted in his fifth successive game.
Liverpool are in second place in the Premier League table with six points separating them from the top spot and win over their arch rivals will return their confidence after dropping points with West Ham and Bournemouth in the recent games.
