Tony Gale claims that Chelsea talisman John Terry will have offers from everywhere and backed him to continue playing football on the top level.
Terry is set to leave Chelsea when at the end of the season and hosts of Premier League, Chinese and MLS League clubs have expressed interest for his signature.
The centre-back hinted last night after the 4-3 win over the Hornets that it might be his last game as a professional footballer.
However, former West Ham striker and pundit Gale believes that Terry will continue playing football for another club, either abroad or remain in the Premier League.
“I think he will play on,” he said on Sky Sports’s Premier League Daily.
“I think he’ll get quite a few offers. Premier League football, offers from abroad.
“It’s up to John to weigh up which one is best for him but I do think offers will come from everywhere.
“Footballers of his talent particularly in a back four or back three as Chelsea have been playing, are few and far between.
“He’s a leader and what he can bring to a dressing room as well in terms of younger players is immeasurable.
“You think of all those sides outside of the top six or seven, he could play in any of those.”
West Bromwich Albion and Bournemouth have both expressed interested in talismanic Chelsea defender who has scored a goal in every Premier League season he has played for the Blues.
