Chelsea flop Baba Rahman has been on his way to Bundesliga outfits Schalke after two clubs reached an agreement for Ghana International defender according to the Sky Sports reports.
The 22-year-old defender has joined Chelsea last summer but failed to make an impact on Blues game being only a backup of Spaniard full-back Cesar Azpilicuetta.
Ghanaian defender has made 23 appearances in all competitions for Chelsea last season 2015/16 but has been deemed surplus to requirements by new manager Antonio Conte.
Rahman spent three years in Germany before making switch to Chelsea and now it seems that defenders medical in Schalke is underway and he will complete move within days.
