Liverpool have joined Arsenal and Manchester United in the transfer race to complete the signing of Bayer Leverkusen starlet Kai Havertz.

Havertz has played 24 games for Leverkusen the last term, found the net four times for the Bundesliga club.
The midfielder has made his debut aged 17 and has made four appearances already this season.
Leverkusen will not entertain offers for the German starlet during the January transfer window but are realistic about keeping the midfielder in the long-term.
Meanwhile, Arsenal and Liverpool hopes of landing French midfielder target Adrien Rabiot have been boosted after the player revealed his desire to test himself in different leagues.
The Gunners have chased for several years, with Arsene Wenger is believed to be a huge admirer of French anchorman, while Liverpool bost Jurgen Klopp has also identified him as a perfect replacement for Emre Can who has one year left on his current deal.
