Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is believed to be demanding £20 million for out-of-favour defender Mamadou Sakho according to the SkySports report.
Despite failing out-of-faour under Jurgen Klopp Frenchman has been highly-rated and Liverpool ready to listen to offer for his signature.
Spanish side Sevilla are on of the main favourites to sign former Paris Saint-Germain defender.
Jurgen Klopp isn;t even considering Sakho as a first-team player and Frenchman has been recently playing with the Reds U-23 team.
Sakho missed the end of last season when he was suspended by UEFA, but the real career blow came in the summer when he was sent home from Liverpool’s pre-season tour of the US, with manager Jurgen Klopp unimpressed with his attitude.
Sakho has not played a first-team game since early April 2016, and his transfer value should be reflective of this.
“The situation is clear. At this moment there is no reason to talk (to him),” Klopp recently revealed when asked about Frenchman.
Liverpool are currently sitting second in the premier League table five points separating from Chelsea and selling Sakho could help them to make a marquee signing during the January transfer window that will be crucial in the title race.
