Liverpool and Manchester United are planning a surprise move for Chelsea midfield star Cesc Fabregas this summer, according to ESPN reports.
Jurgen Klopp has been a huge fan of Spaniard playmakers, and he is ready to attempt to lure him to Anfield during the summer transfer window. While Mourinho who worked with the £30million-rated star at Stamford Bridge wants to add creativity to his side for the next season, and Fabregas seems to be an ideal candidate for that.
Fabregas has two years left on his £156,000-a-week deal, however, after starting only 10 games for Chelsea, this term Spaniard could seek an exit from the Blues at the end of the current campaign.
Serie A giants AC Milan and Inter Milan are keen. However, former Barcelona star is thought to prefer to stay in England and ready to join Chelsea rivals.
Chelsea are also thought to be open to selling him as they edge closer to landing 22-year-old Monaco midfielder Bakayoko and will cash in on Fabregas’s transfer.
Former Barcelona star will wait until the end of the 2016/17 season before he makes any decision over his future.
