Roma’s winger Mohamed Salah will undergo a medical with Liverpool within days after the Reds agreed £39 million transfer fee with Italian giants.
Earlier this week it was reported that Jurgen Klopp’s side had launched €45m bid for Egyptian winger.
According to KingFut reports, Roma have accepted Liverpool’s last offer following negotiations with Salah’s representative Ramy Abbas who has travelled to London last week.
Egyptian winger looks to arrive for his medical at Liverpool on June 21.
The Merseyside Reds have been in private talks with Italian giants since the end of 2016/17 Premier League season and seen their £28m bid turned down from Serie A club.
Despite the need to sell a key player in order to meet Financial Fair Play rules, Roma were adamant that the midfielder would not be allowed to leave for a cut-price fee.
However, Jurgen Klopp’s side are now on the brink of setting a new club record transfer as they plan to overtake their previous £35m fee that has been spent to sign Andy Carroll back in 2011.
Egyptian forward has been in stunning form last season as he has managed to found the net for 15 times and provided 11 assists in the process.
