Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has recently given the green light to his club to pursue the transfer of £200m-rated Chelsea forward Eden Hazard.
As Don Balon claims, The Portugal international did not approve the probable signings of Tottenham’s Harry Kane or Inter Milan’s Mauro Icardi but would be pleased to play alongside Hazard.
In recent reports by the Daily Mail Hazard was a £200million target for Los Blancos this summer in a major rebuilding job.
Don Balon now suggest Ronaldo has given a deal for the Belgian his approval, though his preferred target remains his fellow countryman Goncalo Guedes, who is currently on loan at Valencia from Paris Saint-Germain.
The Blues cannot allow themselves to lose a player of Hazard’s calibre. Belgian winger did prove that he is one of the top players in Premier League, after having a great season at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea look in need of rebuilding, but it would be wiser to build the team around their best player instead of selling him and try to replace, which would be a near-impossible task given his importance to the side in recent years.
