Chelsea head-coach Antonio Conte has dropped a huge hint that he is staying at Stamford Bridge with the news that his family will join them in London next season.
After a successful debut in Premier League Italian manager has been heavily linked with a move to Inter Milan.
Conte’s wife and daughter have remained in Italy and it has fueled rumours over Conte’s possible return to Serie A.
However, it now looks that Italian manager will stay at Stamford Bridge for another year.
‘Honestly, for sure this season wasn’t easy for me about my family because we decided, my wife and my daughter, they would stay in Italy to allow my daughter to finish school,’ Conte said.
‘But, for sure, next season our intention is to keep all the family in England and stay together.
‘It will be a good opportunity, also, for my daughter to live in another country. To go to school in another country is a fantastic opportunity, and a great gift for her.
‘We chose the school also last season, an Italian school, and this is the last problem. In England, and above all in London, there are wonderful schools for the kids.’
On 4 April 2016, it was confirmed that Conte had signed a three-year contract and Italian manager in his first year has won the Premier League title and led the Blues to the FA Cup final.
