Chelsea head-coach Antonio Conte hopes Thibaut Courtois and Eden Hazard sign new contracts in order to keep his star players at Stamford Bridge.
There has been talks over the future of the Belgian duo with Real Madrid have recently expressed interest in order to lure the Blues star at Santiago Bernabeu.
Courtois’ current contract with the defending Premier League champions set to expire in 2019, while his compatriot Eden Hazard has three years left until the end of his £200,000 a-week contacts.
Antonio Conte has repeatedly claimed that the Belgian duo are happy at Stamford Bridge.
And Conte said: “I think the club knows very well the importance of these two players and I think they are very happy to play for this club.
“I hope that Thibaut will sign his contract. And Eden to sign as well before the World Cup? For sure, I will be very happy when they can have this deal.
“They are very young players and it will be great to keep them with us.”
