Ronald Koeman has told Ross Barkley’s suitors to pay £30million as England international midfielder is free to leave Goodison Park.
The 23-year-old midfielder has refused to sign a new contract with the Merseyside Blues as he has been heavily linked with a switch to London with Arsenal, Tottenham and Chelsea all have expressed interest in his signature.
However, Chelsea and Tottenham are emerged as favourites to secure the services of the 23-year-old midfielder.
Koeman claims that Everton are yet to receive an official offer for the England international star but believes the £30m fee is a fair price.
‘We have the experience of what we need to pay for players who came here and had one year of the contract,’ Koeman told reporters.
‘If there is a club thinking we can wait until the last day and we put some money on the table, and we get Ross Barkley, sorry, you do not get Ross Barkley.’
Komena has refused Tottenham Hotspurs approach for Barkley.
‘I do not know. I am not sure. I have some experience.” Dutch man added.
‘When I was in Southampton, we lost some players, but I am mentioning the name of no club.’
