Defending Premier League champions are currently facing an off-the-field crisis as Italia manager Antonio Conte faces to be sacked by the club owner Roman Abramovich in the nearby future.

And Real Madrid are looking to take advantage of the situation and make a move for Belgian superstar Eden Hazard who has been on top of Zinedine Zidane’s wishlist for years.
According to Spanish outlet Diario Gol, Florentino Perez is hoping to land the Belgian and ready to offer Karim Benzema as a makeweight in the deal.
Diario Gol adds that talks have been held between Chelsea and Real Madrid and the Blues stressed their desire to keep hold of Belgian superstar who has claimed two Premier League trophies during his time at Stamford Bridge..
Perez is trying to sell Karim Benzema who has been in terrible form scoring only two La Liga goals in 15 games.
