Chelsea have held talks with the representatives of Ligue 1 giants Bordeaux attacking midfielder Malcom over a possible move to Stamford Bridge, according to the reports.
He was strongly linked with a switch to Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal during the January transfer window and it was confirmed by earlier in the campaign that Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich are also keen on entering the race for the 21-year-old Brazilian attacker.
Malcom has found back of the net 23 times in 96 games across all competitions since his move to France from Brazilian club Corinthians two years ago.
The 21-year-old midfielder has emerged as one of the best young player in Ligue 1 and his performances have seen him rumoured with a host of big teams including Premier League heavyweights Arsenal and Chelsea.
According to French newspaper Sud-Ouest, Malcom’s agent Fernando Garcia met with the Blues chiefs in London, with Bordeaux slapped €50m (£44m) price tag for the 21-year-old’s attacker.
Inter Milan are also believed to have shown interest for Brazilian midfielder and held informal talks over a potential move Serie A.
