Manchester United defender Luke Shaw has emerged as a shock transfer target for London duo Arsenal and Chelsea
The 22-year-old England international defender has dropped down the pecking order at Old Trafford since the arrival of Jose Mourinho and expected to leave the club during the January transfer window.
Former Saints full-back has been heavily linked with a January switch to Fenerbahce and Southampton but according to The Telegraph, now Chelsea and Arsenal have also joined the race for his signature.

Meanwhile, Serie A champions Juventus are reportedly plotting a double swoop for Paris Saint-Germain’s attacking midfielder Angel Di Maria and Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin in January as they are looking to defend seven consecutive Serie A titles.
The 22-year-old Arsenal star has recently signed a long-term deal with the North London club, and he has been contracted until 2022.
