According to ESPN, Leeds United are planning a sensational move for Danny Ings in the January transfer window.
Thomas Christiansen’s side are looking for a Premier League return this year, and it was reported that they are considering brining Danny Ings to Elland Road during the transfer window to improve their attack.
Ings signed for Liverpool in the summer of 2015 but has struggled to make an impact at Anfield, with injuries as he played only 12 games so far and scored three goals for The Reds.
Before his move to Merseyside, Ings was quite impressive for Burnley in both the Premier League and Sky Bet Championship, as he scored 21 league goals for the Turf Moor outfit during their promotion campaign in 2013/14.
The 25-year-old has the limited opportunities under Jurgen Klopp and have opened the door to a potential departure, with Leeds want to add the striker to their armoury in January.
The Whites have enjoyed with an impressive start to the Championship season, and after two months, sit inside the division’s play-off zone.
Christiansen’s side have collected 20 points this season and are in the fifth place, four points behind leaders, Cardiff City.
