ARSENAL and Liverpool preparing move for Leicester winger Riyad Mahrez, after AS Roma’s third bid for Algerian forward rejected.
Mahrez is being on the radar of Premier League duo, while Italian giants are also keen to lure him at Stadio Olimpico.
The Serie A club have already seen three bids knocked back by the Foxes.
According to Starsport reports Roma’s latest £32m has been turned down by Craig Shakespeare’s side, however, the Foxes are still ready to offload Algerian winger this summer.
The 26-year-old attacker is keen to leave King Power Stadium before the transfer window shuts on 31 August.
The Algerian put in a transfer request earlier this summer, claiming that he is keen on for a new challenge.
Leicester City’s assisting head-coach Michael Appleton said that despite Mahrez’s desire to leave Algerian star is working hard on the training ground.
Appleton said: “He’s come in and he’s got on with it. The players have already mentioned he’s worked hard in training.
“I’ve not seen a lot of the stuff that you read about him, but from my point of view, I think he’s been first class.”
The Gunners have a wealth of attacking options, however, with Alexis Sanchez future remains up in the air they must swoop for Mahrez before the deadline day of the transfer window.
Liverpool have already signed Mohamed Salah, however, they are still keen on to strengthen offensive options with Philippe Coutinho likely to sign for Barcelona.
