Nice president Jean-Pierre Rivere has recently confirmed that Jean-Michael Seri will be allowed to leave the club this summer.
Hosts of European club including Premier League giants Arsenal and Liverpool have reportedly monitored the 26-year-old midfielder who has been on the verge to sign for Barcelona last summer.
Last term, the Catalan club were thought to be interested in signing the 26-year-old star. However, a transfer failed to materialise.
“We are here to help players to improve, that is the case with him,” The Mirror quotes Rivere as saying. “Mika Seri is in the same category.
“A very good player who has brought a lot to the club and can legitimately have that desire to go and play abroad.”
Seri has Joined Nice back in 2015 and since then has established himself as one of the best playmakers in Ligue 1.
Meanwhile, Liverpool and Arsenal continue the chase for another Ligue 1 star Thomas Lemar who also seems to be on the verge of leaving AS Monaco after his side failed to defender the title.
Juventus plan to renew interest in Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin and are considering to make an approach for his signature this summer.
The 23-year-old Spaniards development at the Gunners has slowed this campaign, with former Barcelona player losing his place in the team at one stage as the Gunners finished sixth in the Premier League table.
The defender has missed out a place in Spain’s World Cup squad this summer, which could increase his desire to quit the Emirates Stadium in a bid to revive an international call-up.
The Express reports that Serie A defending champions, Juventus are planning a return for Bellerin after previously being turned down in their pursuit, although they are unwilling to pay Arsenal’s £50m asking price for Spaniard.
Bellerin’s deal with Arsenal does not expire until 2023, allowing the North London club to demand a hefty fee for his services if they are to be convinced into selling.
Bellerin, who has also been rumoured with a switch to Barcelona in the past, has made 47 appearances for the Gunners across all competitions this campaign.
Representatives of Jack Wilshere have reportedly held a meeting with PSG and offered them to sign their client.
The 26-year-old midfielder has been with North London club since 2001. However, the long-serving player will become a free agent if he does not pen a new contract at the end of the June.
The England international playmaker has been linked with a wide range of different clubs, however, according to L’Equipe, Ligue 1 giants have been given a chance to sign the player.
While the 26-year-old has missed out on England squad for the World Cup, the Gunners playmaker remains an attractive option for many top clubs across the Europe and PSG seems to be favourites to secure his services.
Despite concerns over his fitness, the 26-year-old midfielder has made 67 appearances since the start of the 2016-17 season across all competitions..
Arsenal have allegedly offered the academy graduate a new three-year contract but Wilshere has turned down their offer as he is waiting for a meeting with Unai Emery to decide his future.
