Arsenal playmaker Mesut Ozil could be heading to Barcelona this summer.
The Gunners have been in danger to lose their star player this summer after they fail to tie him down to a new long-term deal at Emirates Stadium.
The German star has been one year remaining on his current deal and Ozil could leave on a free transfer if the Gunners don’t tie down their star man.
And according to Spanish transfer outlet Don Balon, German playmaker who has played for Real Madrid is believed to keen on to make a return in La Liga and Barcelona rumoured to be his next destination.
Reports from Spain suggest that German playmaker doesn’t want to remain at Arsenal and he has an eye on a return to La Liga.
Don Balon reckon Ozil has told his agent to meet with the representatives of Barcelona to discuss his possible transfer to Nou Camp.
The Catalan giants are considering the idea of landing the Germany ace with they are in danger to miss out the signing of Philippe Coutinho.
The Liverpool star has handed in a transfer request, however, the Merseyside Reds Chiefs are ready to block Brazilian’s transfer to Nou Camp.
