Arsenal forward Olivier Giroud should look for a new team during the January transfer window, according to France assistant head-coach Guy Stephan.
France international forward has struggled for the game time since the arrival of Alexandre Lacazette earlier this summer.
Former Montpelier forward is yet to start in the Premier League this campaign and his lack of minutes could see him remain out of Didier Deschamps squad for the World-Cup.
And Stephan is believed that Giroud “needs to find a solution” and secure the regular first-team football.
“Didier Deschamps has already had the opportunity to talk to him about it,” Stephan said.
“And now Olivier has to find a solution in the weeks to come. A loan deal in January? That’s up to him.
“Olivier has been very good for us in the last few months and he has a very high ratio in terms the amount of games played to goals.
“But now he must play more.”
The 31-year-old forward has made his debut for French powerhouse back in 2011 and has gone on to found the net for 29 times in 69 appearances for Les Bleus.
