Chelsea are preparing increased £35m bid for Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, according to the reports.
The 23-year-old star has impressed last season with his versatility and has been rumoured with a switch to direct Premier League rivals, Liverpool and Chelsea.
Chamberlain has 12 months remaining on his current deal at Emirates Stadium, and he is yet to have held talks with the Gunners over a contract extension.
Arsene Wenger is also open to the idea of selling the 23-year-old midfielder this month should the right offer come.
The Gunners have already turned down a £25m bid for the England international star with Liverpool and Chelsea were both ready to lure him away from Emirates Stadium.
According to The Mirror, Antonio Conte has earmarked Oxlade-Chamberlain as an ideal replacement for Victor Moses on the right-back position due to his versatility and planning to make an improved £35m offer for his signature.
Speaking yesterday, Wenger described the England international as a “hugely-talented player” with significant “potential” means that he might keep him at Arsenal for another year and allow to leave for free next season if they fail to convince him to remain at Emirates Stadium.
